Lone Oak Creek Homeowners’ Association Minutes
September 14, 2026
1. The meeting was called to order at 7:05 PM.
2. Quorum was certified. Board members present were Brandon Jackson, Debbie Hill,
Keith Hill, and Mary Bohn.
3. Minutes from the prior meeting were approved.
4. Treasurer’s report
a. A lien is in progress for the homeowner who has not paid dues in the past
two years.
b. LPs had been paid for grounds keeping through July.
5. Ad Hoc Committee Reports – none at this time
6. Old Business
a. We may need to replace the holly at the entrance under TLC’s one year
warranty since it is struggling due to heat. In the spring, we will determine
whether the holly needs to be replaced.
b. A quote from PavementPro was approved for a 6’ x 6’ asphalt cutout and repair
for a large hole has developed on Wild Creek Drive, just north of NW 158th.
The work has been completed.
7. New Business
a. The sprinklers at NW157th St and Creek Heights may not be running. Debbie
will contact our sprinkler repair person to check on it.
8. Date and time of the next meeting – Monday, October 19th at 7:00 PM.
