How well do you know your covenants?  ​

• Cars may not be parked in the street overnight.

• No more than two dogs, cats, or similar domestic household pet per household.

• All pets shall be kept in such a manner as to avoid becoming a nuisance to neighbors.

• Composite shingle roofing material shall be rated a minimum of 25-year life.

• All roof penetrations shall be painted to match the color of the roof.

• Each property shall be kept in good order and repair, and free of debris; lawns shall be sodded and mowed, and shrubbery trimmed and maintained.
