Lone Oak Creek Homeowners’ Association Minutes
August 10, 2026
1. The meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM.
2. Quorum was certified. Board members present were Debbie Hill, Keith Hill,
and Mary Bohn.
3. Minutes from the prior meeting were approved.
4. Treasurer’s report
a. Annual dues have remained unpaid by one homeowner for two years.
The HOA attorney will file a lien and help us determine next steps.
b. Expenses include six months of insurance.
c. Debbie will ask LPs to bill regularly for landscape maintenance.
5. Ad Hoc Committee Reports – none at this time
6. Old Business
a. The gates have been repainted.
b. The sprinklers were turned back on at the beginning of summer and
a few sprinkler repairs were made.
c. The Board planted crape myrtles at the entrance and TLC planted a
holly to replace one that died several year ago. The Board also
mulched the flower beds.
i. We may need to replace the holly under TLC’s warranty since it
is struggling due to heat.
