Lone Oak Creek Homeowners’ Association Minutes
April 13, 2026
1. The meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM.
2. Quorum was certified. Board members present were Brandon Jackson, Debbie Hill,
Keith Hill, and Mary Bohn.
3. Minutes from the prior meeting were approved.
4. Treasurer’s report
a. Eleven annual dues are still outstanding. Any not paid by May 1st will be turned
over to the attorney for collection. One home, for which dues were not paid last
year or this year, will have a lien filed.
5. Ad Hoc Committee Reports – none at this time
6. Old Business
a. The gates need to be repainted. We have one quote, which seems a bit high.
Another quote is needed.
i. Following the meeting, Brandon obtained two more quotes. The first was
the lowest and was approved via the Board’s group text.
b. LPs landscaping quote for this year has been approved by the Board.
c. The sprinklers will need to be turned back on soon – Debbie will contact JMAC.
7. New Business
a. The neighborhood garage sale is scheduled for May 2nd.
b. Debbie and Mary will buy and plant flowers/perennials at the entrance. Keith
will need order mulch.
8. Date and time of the next meeting – May 11 at 7:00 PM
