Lone Oak Creek Homeowners’ Association Minutes

October 6, 2025

1. The meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM.

2. Quorum was certified. Board members present were Brandon Jackson, Debbie Hill,

Keith Hill, Kelsey Sweger, and Mary Bohn.

3. Minutes from the prior meeting were approved.

4. Ad Hoc Committee Reports – none at this time

5. Old Business

a. Many of the rocks around the flower beds at the entrance were stolen. The

quote from LPs for adding rocks was much higher than expected.

Keith – Minick sells river rock for $30 for 200 lbs. We expect to need around

1000 pounds, which Keith will obtain and we’ll all help unload it into the

flower beds.

b. We’ve been unable to find the contact information for the person who

previously painted the gates and playground. Debbie has a new contact for a

quote, and Brandon will ask for any recommendations at the Lone Oak network

meeting.

c. Debbie will do a walkaround of the neighborhood.

6. New Business

a. We discussed a problem of trees hanging over the sidewalk on Lone Oak Drive.

Brandon will bring this up at the Lone Oak network meeting and we will issue

letters for any homeowners in our neighborhood.

b. We expect dues for 2026 to remain the same as this year.

7. Date and time of the next meeting – November 3^rd at 7:00 PM
