How much are the annual dues and how do I pay them?
-The annual dues are $435.00 and are due on March 1st each year. You can send your payment to our PO BOX or hand deliver it to a current Board member.
What if my gate clicker stops working?
-Please change the battery first. This is usually the issue in most cases. After you have changed the battery, if it still won't work then please contact the Board to purchase another gate clicker.

How does a visitor use the Keypad?
- Your visitor would simply select your name on the keypad. This prompts the keypad to call the number you've selected to reach you. When you answer, you are directly speaking to your guest at the keypad. If the guest is someone you know, you press #9 on your phone. This will open the gate. If you do not wish to grant them access, you simply hang up.
Can I change my gate code?
- Yes! You can email the board at any time and request to change your gate code. The number must be 4 digits and below 5999. As long as the requested number isn't currently being used, the number is yours!
How much does a gate clicker cost and how do I get one?
-Please email the board with the desired amount of new gate clickers you would like to purchase. They cost $43.40 per clicker. You can send payment to the P.O. BOX.
