Lone Oak Creek Homeowners’ Association Minutes
March 9, 2026
1. The meeting was called to order at 7:01 PM.
2. Quorum was certified. Board members present were Brandon Jackson, Debbie Hill,
Keith Hill, and Mary Bohn.
3. Minutes from the prior meeting were approved.
4. Treasurer’s report
a. Landscape costs are from May through November of 2025.
b. Thirteen annual dues are still outstanding. One is outstanding from last year
and will be turned over to the attorney to file a lien.
5. Ad Hoc Committee Reports – none at this time
6. Old Business
a. The gates need to be repainted. Quotes will be requested.
7. New Business
a. LPs will provide a landscaping quote for this year.
b. An LLC wanted to buy a house in our neighborhood with a lease-to-own
tenant, with the title to be transferred in 6 months. This is a violation of our
covenant requiring that the house be owner-occupied for the first twelve
months of ownership. Under the advice of our attorney, Mr. Winton, the
Board prepared a document agreeing to wave the commercial-use violation
fines if the property transfer to the tenant was completed within the 6 month
time period. Otherwise, the buyer would be fined for commercial use
violations. The buyer decided to back out of the purchase.
c. The sprinklers will need to be turned back on in the next month or so.
8. Date and time of the next meeting – April 13th at 7:00 PM.
