HOA Board meetings for May through July were canceled because there were
no open items requiring Board action. Updates were handled via the Board's
group chat.
Updates are below:
a. One of three bids was approved to paint the front entrance gates and
the work was completed.
b. The sprinklers were turned on at the beginning of summer and minor
repairs were made.
c. Crape Myrtles and other perrenials were planted at the entrance by the
Board, and TLC planted a large holly replace the one that died several
years ago. The Board purchased and put down mulch on the flower beds.
d. Debbie Hill continues to work with our HOA attorney on outstanding dues.
