Lone Oak Creek Homeowners’ Association Minutes
September 12, 2022
1. The meeting was called to order at 7:01 PM.
2. Quorum was certified. Board members present were Debbie Hill, Stacy Moorhead, and Mary Bohn.
3. Minutes from the prior meetings were approved.
4. Treasurer’s Report
a. The last outstanding HOA dues were received.
b. Costs this month included gate repair, electric, and water.

7. Old Business
a. New benches for the playground have been purchased and will be assembled and placed. (Adam)
b. Extensive repairs are needed to our brick wall along Lone Oak Drive. (in progress – a very high quote was received from the Brick Doctor. Quotes from other masonry companies are being requested. (Mary)
c. Some large cracks have developed in our streets. Debbie will contact the prior contractor to look at the cracks and give us an estimate. Mary has contacted Ellsworth Pavement Maintenance for a quote.
d. Debbie will ask J-Mac Sprinklers to check the sprinklers at the commons area on Creek Heights and to schedule winterizing our sprinklers.
e. Two street lights are out (Stacy – report outages to OKC)
f. A number of shrubs are dead at the community entrance on NW 150th. Debbie will ask Beverly who maintains the entrance. Beverly is the leader of the Lone Oak Network of HOAs.
g. The Board walked around the neighborhood and selected the next Yard of the Month. Debbie presented the sign and gift card to the homeowners.

9. Date and time of the next meeting – Monday, October 24th, at 7:00 PM at Mary’s house.
