Lone Oak Creek Homeowners’ Association Minutes
November 14, 2022
1. The meeting was called to order at 7:03 PM.
2. Quorum was certified. Board members present were Debbie Hill, Stacy Moorhead, and Mary Bohn.
3. Minutes from the prior meetings were approved.
4. Treasurer’s Report
a. Expenses this month include the PSI invoice for gate maintenance, and brick wall repairs.
5. Grounds/Facilities

7. Old Business
a. Repairs to the brick wall along Lone Oak Drive.
i. Work began on 10/29/22 and will continue as long as the weather permits.
ii. In the week following the meeting, the Board met at the south end of the wall and agreed that the last two sections of the wall, which are leaning, will be taken down. At this time, we do not have the money to rebuild those two sections and feel that it will look fine without them.
b. Debbie will ask J-Mac Sprinklers to check the sprinklers at the commons area on Creek Heights and to schedule winterizing our sprinklers. (in progress)
c. Two street lights outages have been reported to OKC (Stacy)
i. The one on NW 164th St is still out. Stacy will follow up with the city.
8. New Business
a. At the next meeting, we will determine the dues for 2023. We tentatively agreed on an increase from $475/yr. to $550/yr. due to increased maintenance costs in general (electricity, water, etc.) and also due to the cost of repairing the brick wall. We will need to start rebuilding the street fund since most of our saved money is being applied to the brick wall. Debbie will prepare a budget for 2023 as guidance for finalizing the dues amount.
