Lone Oak Creek Homeowners’ Association Minutes
July 11, 2022
1. The meeting was called to order at 7:03 PM.
2. Quorum was certified. Board members present were Debbie Hill, Stacy Moorhead, Adam Shahan, and Mary Bohn.
3. Minutes from the prior meetings were approved.
4. Treasurer’s Report
a. One of the outstanding dues has been paid. There is no update yet on the second one.

7. Old Business
a. The annual neighborhood walkaround was completed (thank you, Debbie), and we selected the first yard of the month. Mary will send non-compliance letters resulting from the walkaround (complete).
b. The benches at the playground need to be replaced. (Adam’s suggestion for the benches and blocks was approved and he will place the order)
c. Mary will contact masonry companies to get a quote for repairs to our brick wall along Lone Oak Drive. (in progress – a quote from the Brick Doctor is expected soon with several options)
d. Some large cracks have developed in our streets. Debbie will contact the prior contractor to look at the cracks and give us an estimate. Mary will contact Ellsworth Pavement Maintenance for a quote.
e. General information on the neighborhood website needs to be updated. Adam (complete)
f. A homeowner mentioned on Facebook a sprinkler problem at the playground. (Debbie will contact our sprinkler company – complete)
8. New Business
a. Debbie will resend introduction letters to the new homeowners. If we have not heard from them within the requested timeframe, Stacy will deactivate their clickers.
b. Two homeowners who moved out have left items at the curb past the time of extra trash pickup. Mary will contact them to remove the items. (complete)
9. Date and time of the next meeting – Monday, August 8th, at 7:00 PM at Mary’s house
