Lone Oak Creek Homeowners’ Association Minutes
July 12, 2021
1. The meeting was called to order at 7:02 PM.
2. Quorum was certified. Board members present were Katina Smith, Debbie Hill, Stacy Moorhead, and Mary Bohn.
3. Minutes from the prior meetings were approved.
4. Treasurer’s Report
a. There are no unusual or unexpected costs.
5. Grounds/Facilities
a. The city has not mowed the green belt for quite some time, at least a month or more.
6. Ad Hoc Committee Reports
7. Old Business
a. The grass at the gate code box will be looked at to determine the best option. (Debbie – Fall)
b. The annual walkaround identified eight yards needing attention (Mary mailed non-compliance letters - complete)
8. New Business
a. A house closing is scheduled for July 15th for 4625 NW 157th Terrace.
b. Katina will note any houses who have not complied with the letters from the walkaround and give that information to Mary for follow-up letters.
9. Date and time of the next meeting - August 9th at 7:00 PM at Katina’s house.
