Annual Meeting Minutes

January 27, 2022

1. A Zoom meeting was held and called to order at 7:00.

2. Introduction of current Board members: Katina Smith – President, Debbie Hill – Treasurer, Mary Bohn - Secretary, Stacy Moorhead – gates and clickers.

3. Highlights of 2021

a. Katina reviewed the highlights of repairs and activities for the past year.

4. Treasurer’s report

a. Debbie reviewed the full year costs for 2021 and the 2022 budget. In 2021, we were able to accrue money for street repairs as planned.

b. For 2022, dues were increased by $40 per year due to expected maintenance cost increases and to continue accruing money for repair of the streets, gates, and the brick wall along Lone Oak Drive and at the entrance.

5. Owner/Board discussion

a. Our neighborhood experienced a lot of homeowner turnover in 2021, about 10-11 homes.

b. It was suggested that painting the gate would make it look better and help prevent further rust. (Note: Katina has requested a quote for painting the gate)

c. One holly bush just outside the gates may be dead. If so, we will replace it this spring.

d. There was some discussion regarding the Lone Oak Park being developed by Oklahoma City along both sides of Bluff Creek (formerly the green belt behind Wild Creek Drive for our neighborhood). We do not expect any activity by the City along our side of the park in the next few years, if at all.

6. Board member nominations and election

a. Katina Smith will continue as President

b. Debbie Hill will continue as Treasurer

c. Mary Bohn will continue as Secretary

d. Stacy Moorhead will continue as lead for the gates.

e. Adam Shahan joined the Board as a member at large. Welcome, Adam!

7. The Board will next meet on Monday, February 7th, at 7:00 PM. Please email the Board for location if you would like to attend.
