Lone Oak Creek Homeowners’ Association Minutes
November 11, 2019
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM.
Quorum was certified. Board members present were Lindsi Kerstetter, Debbie Hill, and Mary Bohn.
Minutes from the prior meeting were approved.
Treasurer’s Report (Debbie)
There are no unusual expenses. We are waiting for a bill from Fernando’s for landscaping, and the WIX web site fee is due in December.
Grounds/Facilities Report
There is a dead evergreen at the entrance. Debbie will request removal (COMPLETE).
Debbie will ask Jim to winterize the sprinkler system (COMPLETE).
Ad Hoc Committee Reports – none
Old Business
Debbie is requesting bids to replace the fence panel, posts, and utility items attached to the panel, at the Wild Creek cul-de-sac. Replacement is needed due to termites, and we may need an exterminator if the termites are still active. (on hold)
The following homes had closings in July but the homeowners did not respond to the new homeowner letters to provide contact information and new gate codes. Therefore, Jennifer will deactivate clickers for 4620 NW 156th, 15704 Wild Creek Dr., and 4624 NW 157th Terrace. (COMPLETE - Note that the homeowners can still enter their gate codes manually)
Debbie will ask the person, who did prior work on the brick wall at the entrance, to check the wall at the entrance and along Lone Oak Drive to let us know what work may be needed. COMPLETE – no work is needed at this time.
The latest two clickers that were activated did not work. We received a new box of clickers from PSI, but later determined that the old clickers were not defective. The new box was returned to PSI for a credit. (Lindsi & Jennifer – COMPLETE).
New Business
Mark Martinez had requested to join the meeting, but did not attend.
A closing is scheduled on the 13th for a house sold on Wild Creek Dr. Debbie will prepare the HOA document required for closing.
Date and time of the next meeting – December 9th at 7:00 PM at the Hill home.
