Lone Oak Creek Homeowners’ Association Minutes

January 7, 2019

1. The meeting was called to order at 6:04 PM.

2. Quorum was certified. Board members present were Lindsi Kerstetter, Debbie Hill, Nick Nixon, and Mary Bohn.

3. Minutes from the prior meeting were approved.

4. Treasurer’s Report (Debbie)

5. Unpaid dues from 2017 and prior (one homeowner) – the lien has been filed and garnishment of wages is moving forward. We believe the homeowner has moved out. Debbie will contact the Board’s lawyer’s office to check the status of wage garnishment.

6. Grounds/Facilities Report – no actions pending

7. Ad Hoc Committee Reports – none

9. Annual Meeting

10. Debbie reviewed the year-end actuals for 2018 and the budget for 2019. The annual dues will remain the same as for last year.

11. The annual meeting will be held on Thursday, January 24th, at 7:00 PM at Francis Tuttle on Rockwell Ave. Lindsi scheduled room A1015 in the Administration Building at Francis Tuttle, Rockwell campus.

12. The Board stuffed the envelopes with the annual dues invoices, annual meeting notification, and proxy.

13. Mary will draft the agenda for the annual meeting and send to the Board for review via email. Mary will make 20 copies of the agenda and financial statement for the meeting.

16. The next meeting will be scheduled at the end of the annual meeting.
