[if !supportLists]1. [endif]Owner sign-in and quorum determination: Quorum for this rescheduled meeting was met with 44 households represented at the meeting, either in person or by proxy. Note that we did not have a quorum for the originally scheduled meeting on January 24th.

[if !supportLists]3. [endif]Introduction of current Board members – Lindsi introduced current board members Amy Johnson, VP; Noel Jacobs, Grounds; Debbie Hill, Treasurer; and Mary Bohn, Secretary.

[if !supportLists]a. [endif]The most important achievement for the year was the repair and resurfacing of the streets.

[if !supportLists]b. [endif]Several issues with the gates and phone line were corrected.

[if !supportLists]5. [endif]2016 Treasurer’s report – Debbie reviewed the full year costs.

[if !supportLists]a. [endif]It was suggested that more small perennials be used at the entrance to reduce the cost of annuals.

[if !supportLists]b. [endif]We’ll need to add mulch to the playground this year.

[if !supportLists]c. [endif]The Board is in the process of obtaining bids for landscaping/mowing.

[if !supportLists]d. [endif]We hope to focus on replacing the web site.

[if !supportLists]e. [endif]A review of our watering will be requested this spring so we can hopefully reduce our water bill.
