The meeting was called to order at 7:03 PM.
Quorum was certified. Board members present were Lindsi Kerstetter, Debbie Hill, Amy Johnson, and Mary Bohn.
Minutes from the prior meeting were approved.
Treasurer’s Report Treasurer’s Report
The water bill is high again, including $260 for the Creek Heights common area and $360 for the entrance. Debbie will turn off the sprinklers for all areas except the entrance, and will check the frequency of watering for the entrance.
Grounds/Facilities Report
Noel will send the Board members a draft letter for review, which will request a reimbursement/credit from Scenic for the excessive water bills due to their setting the sprinklers to run every day this summer.
Noel will get several estimates from landscaping companies as input to our decision for next year’s landscape provider, including Battles Landscaping and any others he desires.
Grass is getting bad in the playground again. Noel will ask Scenic to take care of it.

Old Business
Revisions to the HOA web will be put on hold until next year.
Street sign at 159th and Creek Heights
The sign cannot be fixed because the two metals have fused together. Noel will take the sign to Jack Pratt Signs to be fixed or replaced.
Complaint that the greenbelt behind Wild Creek Drive has not been mowed all summer. The person would like us to contact the developer to complain versus a single homeowner. Lindsi has identified the contact name and will call him.
New Business
Debbie will transition the financials to Quickbooks online in December.
Meetings
The next meeting will be held Tuesday, December 6th, at 7:00 PM at the Hill home.
We would like to schedule the annual HOA Board meetings for January 10th and 24th. Amy will call Francis Tuttle to reserve rooms.
