Lindsi Kerstetter called the meeting to order at 7:35 PM.
Quorum was certified. Board members present were Lindsi Kerstetter, Debbie Hill, Kevin Massey, and Mary Bohn.
Minutes from the prior meeting were approved.
Treasurer’s Report
Debbie reviewed the latest month’s expenses. There are still two remaining homeowners who have not paid this year’s HOA dues.
Grounds/Facilities Report
We will need to wait until Spring to see if the new tree at the entry survives. If not, the landscaping company will replace it at no cost.

There are none to report.
Old Business
Street repairs
The company scheduled to give Kevin a second quote canceled their meeting. Kevin will obtain a second quote for street repair/resurfacing within the next week.
Results of neighborhood walk-through regarding trees and yard upkeep
Debbie will send non-compliance letters within the next week to those identified as needing to take action.
Complaint regarding rented home at 15712 Wild Creek Dr - continued violation of cars parked on the street overnight
Mary sent non-compliance letters to the homeowner and renter on 9/22/15.
Complaint regarding weeds and yard maintenance for the rented houses on 158th street owned by Coy Reed
Debbie will include these houses in her non-compliance letters on trees and yard upkeep.
There was an inquiring from a homeowner asking if there is a covenant addressing trash can location. Lindsi reviewed the covenants and there is not.
Lindsi has responded to the homeowner.
New Business
Debbie will mail the HOA payment of $10 to Tim Munson for the flyers for the crime prevention meeting.
A concern was raised regarding cars blocking the exit to Lone Oak Drive while waiting for the school buses. This is a hazard to children and to the cars trying to exit our subdivision. We agreed to post signs saying “no parking/no waiting” at the entrance of our subdivision. Debbie will let Kevin know where we obtained prior signs, and Kevin will order the signs.
We discussed a possible venue change and refreshments for the next annual board meeting.
