Lindsi Kerstetter called the meeting to order at 7:05 PM.
Quorum was certified. Board members present were Lindsi Kerstetter, Debbie Hill, and Mary Bohn.
Minutes from the prior meeting were approved.
Treasurer’s Report
Debbie reviewed the latest month’s expenses. Costs included unexpected sprinkler repair. There are two remaining homeowners who have not paid this year’s HOA dues. Debbie will send invoices again.
Grounds/Facilities Report
There are no updates to report.
Ad Hoc Committee Reports
There are none to report.
Old Business
Street repairs
Kevin will obtain a second quote for street repair/resurfacing within the next week so we can make a decision on proceeding.
Concern regarding the number of leased homes within our community
No action at this time – we will prepare a packet for the annual meeting to determine whether homeowners want to proceed with an amendment to the covenants.
Results of neighborhood walk-through regarding trees and yard upkeep
Debbie will send non-compliance letters to those identified as needing to take action.
New Business
Complaint regarding rented home at 15712 Wild Creek Dr - continued violation of cars parked on the street overnight.
Mary has already spoken to the homeowner and they will take action. Mary will also send a non-compliance letter to the homeowner and the renter.
Regarding two rented houses on NW158th street owned by Coy Reed
There is a complaint regarding weeds and yard maintenance. The non-compliance letters Debbie will send regarding yard maintenance will include these two homes.
There was an inquiring from a homeowner asking if there is a covenant addressing trash can location. Lindsi reviewed the covenants and there is not. She will respond to the homeowner.
The decorative base has fallen off the lamp post at 159th and Wild Creek Drive. Kevin will take a look at it.
Date and location for next meeting
The next meeting will be held on Monday, October 5th, at 7:30 PM at Hill home. Please note this is a half hour later than usual.
